Yellow gold hue that opens with apricot and pear aromas leading to pineapple, chalk and slight vanilla on the end. Medium body, great acidity/fruit balance and a lingering finish with mineral hints. Paired great with honey-glazed chicken breasts.

Lost 70% of the crop but what did remained ended up getting very concentrated is the idea. A touch of tropical but not really, nice balance between its acidity and the fruit character. Well done i would say.

Crisp, relaxed flavor with very subtle notes. You liked it but it was a little nuanced for your taste.

Reasonably priced for Pouilly-Fuissé but only moderately satisfying
