  Pale straw. Fairly muted nose, but hints of citrus and salinity. In the mouth acidity is the first and lasting impression, but it's well balanced with a ripe mid-palate then again a dry finish. Flavours of lemon and grapefruit. Obviously a take on the Portuguese Vinho Verde, by name and buy nature. As such I'd say it's a success. The acidity made it a great match with Jansonn's Temptation, and just as good with Cathare goats cheese. Composite cork, 11.5%.

  focused, soft, sweet citrus nose. A hint of toasted walnut there. plenty of acid and light plus body. lime, white pear, grass, and walnut flesh on the palate. mild mineral notes and salinity. luscious mouth watering finish. wildflower honey aftertaste. just a little too green now, would bet it's better next year.

  Robe d'un jaune doré pâle. Le premier nez frais, sec et salin me fait penser aux vins de Chablis, on se plait à humer les arômes de pomme verte, d'amandes et de citron qui se dégage de ce vin sicilien. En bouche, le vin est sec et léger, avec une acidité vive et une belle droiture, sur des arômes d'olives vertes et d'agrumes (citron, lime, pamplemousse). La finale est de longueur moyenne et se termine sur des notes minérales et salines.
  
  L'acidité vive de ce vin nous fait saliver, il nous procure une agréable sensation rafraîchissante et désaltérante en bouche. C'est l'une de mes belles découvertes des derniers mois, ce vin est tout simplement savoureux! Très bon en apéro, il accompagne très bien les plats de poisson. Nous l'avons servi avec des linguines aux palourdes de la Gaspésie.

  The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit and pineapple. It tastes like grapefruit, lychee and honeysuckle. The body is medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
