  This has settled much since its release (you used to have to decant it). Stil great fruit structure with well settled tannins. This has turned into a lovely and smooth wine. We have 2 more bottle and will probably drink them soon. We had this with a chicken, mushroom, tomato dish but it would have been better with a grilled beef or lamb - something with a bit more flavor.
