    Drank over two days. Aromatics and taste held up nicely during that time. Out off the bottle you get immediately greeted by pink grapefruit, sweet limetta and suggestions of minerality reminding me on wet stone. The palate is dominated by a gentle sweet character with white fruits and a smooth finish with traces of white pepper. Goes nicely with grilled Rosemary chicken and vegetables.
