Pear and honey on the nose, that wanted me to say ‘banana’…Absolutely marvellous palate of apple, pear, and honey, but complex and smooth simultaneously. Paired with pork and chickpea curry, so that the “demi-sec” had me wondering about the “molleux”…

Pale straw color. Medium aromas of apple, camomile, flowers and honey. High acidity, a beautiful touch of sweetness, medium alcohol. Flavors of apple, honey and lemon. Long finish. A beautiful wine.

Really refreshing green apple /honey/lemon curd taste to this. Distinguished rain water finish which really made the difference for me. I would overall agree with @acyso that the dry version is more interesting but on the other hand this is more joyous and up front fun. Less sweet than I would have expected, the Demi Sec here comes across more as off dry with a barrel of ripe apples to it rather than heavy sweetness. I would love to try this with say a heavy curry like a Rogan Josh. Score: 93. Relative to expectations: ++

Gold color, nose of apple orchard, follows into the taste along with straw or hay. Some white peach and some herbal notes. I thought it lacked something, maybe a bit of acidity to balance it out
