  Tasted again. Very similar impression to last time. Outstanding, beautiful aromatics of great intensity. However, the body continues to be a bit lean and the acidity is high, so the balance is stressed. If you're an acid head, this is a great wine -maybe not even acidic enough - but to some it will probably be a bit too lean and acidic. However, the full show of bright, crunchy Cherry notes, woodsmoke and zingy pinot X-factor is of the finest kind!

  Really beautiful Villages wine here! Pronounced intensity and notes of the finest kind, bright, zappy cherry fruit, rose petal perfume, slightly herbaceous hints for added complexity and perfectly integrated woodsmoke for even greater complexity. Marked by the vintage in the sense, that the body was light to medium and the acidity should not be higher, but still in balance to this taster. Price is a bit high, but to which Vosne does that not apply?
