Medium (+) ruby. Smells like dark fruits, lemon, potpourri, and graphite. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of dark fruits, lemon, orange peel, minerals. Drank well with an Asian spicy crispy beef recipe.

Nothing special. Decanted for 3 hrs. Drank as a 2nd bottle, following a 2000 Chateau Dominique. Wasnt bad, but I wont be rushing back to buy more.

Admittedly too young to drink, but disappointingly thin, lacking expression. Nothing to compare with the excellent 2000 and 2005.
