Domestics 10 Years Old and Older (Pittsburgh Blue, Edina, MN): Very dark red purple color. Pop and pour, drank 1+glass over 1hr+. Another great nose, rich, violets, earthy, cassis, blackberry, mineral, some cedar ad spice. The palate is smooth and integrated, still has a backbone of tannin, but very round, nice feel, deep and layered, consistent. Long, long finish. MY co-WOTN.

Lovely! Great heritage from an amazing producer. Not perfection but nicely aged. My view is that Hartwell consistently delivers.

The fruitiest of the wines tonight on the nose and the most powerful.
Tannins 6.5/10 with rising acidity and medium to heavy medium body.
