Moss Wood (Custom House, Circular Quay, Sydney): Aromas of apricot jam over marmalade, slight cream and vanilla but there is a also a briny note that pushes me to sherry but maybe, ugh, that is Margaret River terroir. Tastes great though. Everything you'd expect from a botrytis wine, apricot jam and marmalade with cream, vanilla, spice even some mid palate burr but completely lacks acidity...very sad...it's positively flabby in fact, quite simply like eating melted jam jelly off a spoon.
