  Nose: Lots of stoney minerality with apple and pear. Hints of butterscotch emerge as it warms in glass. Palate: Beautifully balanced w/ apple, pear and a hint of pineapple co-mingling with ideal acid levels and the minerals. There is a bit of oak but it’s subtle and nuanced. Secondary traces of butterscotch in the background. Finish is suave and elegant. My God what a wine! One of the best whites I’ve had in some time.
