  黄桃、苹果馅等果味，果味很熟，有点胭脂和石灰味，比起之前喝缺少了惊艳感，整体会略显沉闷。入口厚重度还可观，酸度进入整合。果味和嗅觉类似，还带着一些桃杏果脯的味道，倾向于晚收的浓度，主要集中在前中段，后段有些乏力。89-90/100

  杯醒四十分钟，香气略显封闭，如细针般高挑的酸度。桃，杏，成熟的青苹果，些许热带水果干和果脯构成具有层次的果香，细锐的燧石和矿物播撒如点阵，燃放处一点烟火感。后段有一点蜂蜜，奶油，无花果干和比较茂盛的清凉药草气息。酒精味稍微有点突出。入口不太甜，油润，酸度较高富有变化。果香饱满沉稳，具有肌肉，但还没很好地张开。溏心苹果，桃子，菠萝，柠檬，杏脯和热带果干。微咸的矿物感和燧石在中后段铺展开来。后段有些许无花果干，菠萝干，奶油和草本风味。余味较长，轻微苦，杏脯和麦芽糖。
  
  第二天，气味不突出，黄柠檬皮的酸和矿物缠绕成为细锐的发端。果味以及蜂蜜要下沉一些，山间草本的芬芳。入口整体性更强，甜度突出，酸度下沉柔和持久，与甜协调。苹果脯杏脯等果脯，热带果干，蜂蜜，无花果奶油，集中度稍欠。矿物感和金属感铺伸开来，显得工整。结尾较长，果脯，麦芽糖，还有近焦糖的风味。 第三天，稳定，各方面融合得好，立体和集中稍欠，有一丝丝椰油的味道。 第四天，光滑金属质感清晰。入口果味和酸度较昨天更为清新活跃，矿物感整齐，轻微汽油，椰油和枣椰，舌面有轻微气泡感。余味依然，此后还有些许晨曦微露时分的青草和酢浆草气息。92-93/100

  Small Dr. H. Thanisch Berncasteler Doctor 2015 horizontal #1: Kabinett.
  
  I’ve had this once before but this time it is more open for business. On the nose, there are aromas of green apple, white flowers, flint, peach, citrus, a little petrol, and a small hint of honey. On the palate, the balance is great, and it has a great, well-integrated acidity and mouthfeel with a little butteriness. Will develop nicely.

  Nice, lots of citrus and green fruits here. A little to much sweetness and too much fruit for me. A simple but very well made Kabinett.
