  My last bottle of this vintage
  Drank next to a 2013 of the same wine.
  Showed me the power of 2013… the 13 still wasn’t ready, and didn’t taste ready or soften until day 3!
  This one, the 2012, was still awesome as usual, but not maybe quite as good as the last bottle I had.
  Classic Oakville ripe dark fruit of blackberry and cassis, leather, licorice, and eucalyptus in harmony on the nose.
  Wish I had more of this, sad to see my last bottle go

  Starting to see a slight bricking in the dark purple color CS/Merlot blend
  Handling the age well, drinking great right now, w many great years ahead
  The nose gives u black licorice, graphite n leather, there is cassis n blackberry w hints of plum n black cherry, the palate confirms but is what holds the score back a little in concentration. this is very high quality fruit from a great location in the valley
