  • Wow. Now this is more like it. Brick red hue that is showing its 10 years of age. Stunningly beautitul nose of vanilla and cherries - quite pronouced. Initially medium bodied but became more full bodied as it opened up, with more cherries on the palate, elegant and balanced. A delicious wine that had I tasted this blind, I could easily have been convinced it was a good Bordeaux. Top stuff.

  • Deep red Colour The nose is vegetal, with some fruit, leather and earthy aromas. Plums, herbs and green pepper on the nose. A little acidic and some tannins. Balanced and a long aftertaste.
It opened up after an hour or so and became more accessible. I would put this away for a few years, but until then decant.
