  Blind tasting. Mature hue, light orange. Nose with reduction notes of roots, liccorice bar, fireworks. Mouth quite complexe and powerfull, with a weird balance; good vivacity, strong reduction and biterness. Flavours of those roots, quinquina, and light oxydised white fruits . Ending long with some perceptiple alcohol. No aok feeling. Enjoyed very much. A good neighbour of Gauby without the capacity of competing it. Blend of white grenache, maccabeu, viognier and roussane. Natural wine are usualy made by off-track winemakers. RP94 ? Actually not his style at all...

  Blanc crianza à base de grenache blanc et macabeo, et plusieurs autres cépages. 5,3 Ha en 4 zones, sol schistes.
  7500 bou produites. Culture du genre « on laisse tout en friche ».

  Un vin qui, à l’aveugle, confondrait plusieurs! Un peu oxydatif style Jura, du gras de Chardo californien, une minéralité chablisienne.
  3e expérience avec ce vin, 2e avec ce millésime et j’ai gouté au 2015 sur place.
  
  Deja, la robe se montre d’un jaune dense doré et assez brillant.
  Gare à ne pas le boire trop froid car l’oxydatif explose. Avec beaucoup d’air et chambrage en verre, le Bouquet se montre très aromatique de jüs de pêche framboise, butterscotch, air de fumé de brin de scie, des fleurs jaunes. Une explosion d’odeurs, limite déroutante.
  En bouche, c’est plus organisé, attaque un peu beurrée/huileuse, air de ressmblance d’un vouvray semi-sec. superbe belle longueur avec une fin de bouche dense et des impressions de tabac: dur à décrire mais me fait penser au gout du tabac blond de la e-cig à la belle-mère.
  Ensemble qui plaira aux amateurs de sentiers non-battus. Un vin de winemaker qui explore différents moyens d’affinage. Un vin à boire sur plusieurs heures tant il change, ce que je considère comme une qualité. Voyons voir demain.

  Perfume of wilted flowers, roasted nuts and mustard seeds. Stone fruit and flowery palate. Very long and delicious at a restaurant in Madrid
