  • Unfortunately I think this bottle had developed past where it should be, however still supplied an interesting experience.

    A deep golden hue and intense aroma of alcoholy Grappa were the first markers. A dry-sherry salinity and nuttiness on the palate with a reduced low+ acid structure confirmed. Former form was still present, with a voluptuous body and pleasant thick apricot jam breadth on the pal. Ginger, spice and vanilla compliment one another.

    Flabbiness defines the finish, letting the team down.
