  'Molina Quemado' cuvee from a single vineyard in San Martin de Valdeiglesias called 'El Canto de las Brujas. 75 year old Garnacha on granite soils. 13m used barrel, 50 day maceration, wild yeast, 80% Whole Cluster. 900 bottles.
  Redder fruit aromas. A touch more concentration to the aromas. Wildly more complex palate than the basic Tinto. Some mineral to the palate, beyond a straight black pepper. Medium/-, if not medium tannin.
