  Showing very well, still youthful, good energy with med body, med+ acid, quite nice. No notes. Perfect with Lobster. Seattle at K/N/M/D

  Decanted 2 hours and alternated between cold and room temp to let the wine really open up. The first thing you notice is that the length of the wine goes on for at least 45 seconds. Just in a good place, this wine is alive with all things lemon from rind to flesh but in a balanced mix that invites food but is content at being a solo artist. Paired well with a cheese souflee and oysters on the half shell. I love his wines but they are becoming harder and harder to find. I also wonder how long these wines will age.

  Citrus dominates here. Elegant more than complex. I wonder if I am drinking these too early? Don't get me wrong this is a fine wine but at the price it should be. Will wait a year or two before I open the next bottle.

  À l’aveugle, des noisettes au nez. En bouche tout y est, acidité, puissance, longueur, bois, tension et ce tout en équilibre. La texture tapisse la bouche. Vraiment le vin de la soirée, très belle découverte de ce producteur de renommé. C’est excellent!!
