  Giallo paglierino intenso, naso intenso di pesca, melone, agrumi, scorza di limone, balsamico di menta, erbette aromatiche come il timo, moltissimo minerale.
  In bocca di corpo++, rotondo+, caldo+ (14.5°), fresco, sapido+.
  Da uva Timorasso (vitigno autoctono piemontese), poco conosciuta ma dalla potenzialità enorme.
  Grande struttura, intensità e mineralità, vino eccellente.
  Costo 24 EUR
  
  Intense straw yellow, strong smell of peach, melon, citrus, lemon skin, balsamic note of mint, aromatic herbs like thyme, intense mineral note.
  In the mouth full body, round+, warm+ (14.5°), medium acidity and very sapid.
  Wine made with Timorasso grape (local grape from Piedmont), not well-known grape but with huge potentiality.
  Great structure, intense and savory wine, excellent.
  Cost 24 EUR
