  This everyday sparkling is gorgeous. It is perfect for a summer night on the patio - who needs a special occasion?
  It is clean, crisp and not overly sweet - as many sparkling wines tends to be.
  Fresh apples and pear abound on the palate. Of course, the nutty yeasty characteristic is present but, boy, was it smooth.
  
  I found it refreshing with a bright finish and I quite enjoyed the delicate berry notes in it, perhaps from the Pinot Noir? It is obvious to me that this grape is succeeding in the Okanagan.
  A bottle of this will not disappoint.
