A total disaster. The ultimate Brettanomyces contamination. Barnyard? No. Fresh manure. Terrible. This would be an amazing sample to keep for training.

Someone mentioned a tasting note of cold fruit, and I love that. It really has this mineral freshness that makes the fruit pop. Quartz and berries. Lovely.

Very light red. Bouquet of red fruits, some grapefruit. The palate is quite crisp with a light to medium body. Definitely not everybodies darling, but interestingly enough.

Bright red berries, some animalistic notes, floral overtones and a dusty minerality. On the palate juicy fruit of unripe raspberries, cranberries, blood orange with some rind bitterness, elevated acidity and a balanced amount of tannins. 11.5% abv, aged in concrete.

Natural style wine. Different from other Matassas. Nice aromas and a good evolution in the glass.
