On the nose, I get lemons, honey, almond, hay, rich but lively. Creamy texture, lush, but vibrant acidity on the palate. Tart lemon and ripe quince fruit, peaches, with honey, toasted biscuits, graham cracker, saline and almond nuances. Just delicious, ripe but stays fresh and focused as well.

Drank with friends, no formal notes but wow, this is banging right now. Fully integrated, juicy and textural acid, sweet brioche, tropical fruit, white pepper and rock minerality. Medium-plus body. Wish I'd kept my first bottle this long.
