Medium golden color. Aromas of stone fruit, butterscotch, vanilla, and wet rocks. Full body, medium acid, medium (+) finish, bit of buttery, malo roundness, but with balancing acidity, and flavors of lemon, apple, pear, and some lingering grapefruit bitterness. Solid pairing for our local swordfish and crab cakes tonight.

This has integrated beautifully in the last couple of years. Subtly exotic fruits, with a little obvious alcohol on the finish detracting only slightly from the pleasure.

A big mouthful of chardonnay; tannins a little on the harsh side for my preference in white wine. Plenty of creamy orchard fruits to go with though. Alcohol makes its presence known. Not bad, and could still come together more in the next year or so. Worth keeping an eye on.

Well made but quite oaky and a little hot. Still, lovely mouthfeel, and tastes expensive. Good for a modern style, but still with some good Washington zip and verve. I guess you gotta charge for that new oak. Chard tasting at Bri's.

Outstanding offering with plenty of life remaining. Wonderfully complex. From double magnum.
