  • Very good Sancerre. Classical bouquet with some green grass and gooseberries. Good grip and minerality with a medium body. Acidity balances the wine and gives it a good freshness. Good PQR.

  • Clear pale lemon greene core, developing

Clean medium+ intense nose of with aromas of greene gooseberry, lime, nettle, blackcurrant leafs, greene apples, and a quite bitter orange/grape peel, developing

Palate is dry with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol body and flavour intensity with aromas of lime, greene apples, gooseberry, nettle, quite bitter lemon/orange peel which is dominant in finish. Medium finish

Very well balanced with good concentration, quite deep complexity and intense aromas. Big drawback was the bitter lemon/grape peel aroma which lingered thruought the finish and made the wine slightly bitter. Still very good quality, 86-87p
