  Been wanting to try this for a while. Lovely golden-green colour, cloudy appearance. Smells of lemon balm, dried herbs, and apple cider. Noticeable weight on the palate and actual touches of phenolic grip. Feels like it has a slightly spritzy and prickly texture to the phenolics, might have just been the chill on it. Could do with a touch more acid for my taste but I know nothing about the style or climate here so unsure if that's normal. Pretty intriguing wine overall and excellent value.

  Amber color, yellow fruit taste like apricot , nevertheless somewhat tartly, which adds to the positive overall experience. Nice bouquet and taste afterwards but difficult to describe.
