Very earthy aromas, I almost thought the bottle was corked upon my first sniff. Lots of fruit, ripe peaches, with a strong hint of toasted oak. Very good with seafood. This wine may still be a bit young for consumption.
Just a damn fine white burgundy that is only going to get better. Kinisses had this in his shop for around $46. I think I'd better run down there and grab some, if he has any left. Very crisp mineral notes with a fine fruit profile this will age very well for the next decade IMO
