  • Atypical for Chablis, very close to Macon Chardonnay, but Chablis continue to wonder me, Medium body, golden yellow color. Elegant stone fruits and herbal aroma. Dominant almond and earthy, melon and pears notes on the palate, long mineral finish. Intense, unobtrusively oily texture, complex and well balanced, thin acidity. Food friendly, best match is shrimps or lobster or poultry, tasted with Mediterranean salad and white cheese. Open half hour in advance. Serve 12º - 16º. Drink now and next three years.
