Pale yellow wine with a pronounced bouquet and flavor of lychee nuts, the hallmark of the grape, often accompanied by grapefruit. Nice supporting acidity with very good balance, wonderful definition, and a long finish. The best of the Finger Lake's wines tasted on our visit to this beautiful region. The winery sits at the very edge of Cayuga Lake. I would highly recommend that they keep doing what they are doing with Gewurztraminer.
