Fruit fading a bit, but still retains the rose petal nose that is so important to gewurz lovers. Better in it's youth, but still very enjoyable. Drink up! Goes well with Thai cuisine.

Rose petal nose has intensified with bottle age. Fills room with it's fragrance upon opening. Very Alsatian in style. Well balanced palate with a touch (not at all cloying) of residual sugar, Good acidity and nice long finish. Great with Chinese food.

Fans of Alsatian Gewurtztraminer should take a good look at what's coming out of New York's Finger lakes these days. This lovely, ever so slightly sweet wine starts off with a lovely rose petal nose. Bracing acidity balances the residual sugar well. great palate and finish. Perfect to pair with Thai cuisine.
