  The best Pinot Noir from the Hemel en Aarde? A bold statement but not one I would wish to dispute. Really well balanced and all elements singing joyously. Great fun!

  Kleur: Fluwelig lichtrood. Aroma / bouquet: Er zijn weinig Pinot Noirs uit de Nieuwe Wereld die me enthousiast kunnen maken. Van deze Seadragon word ik serieus blij. Licht kruidig bouquet, enerzijds yoghurt en bosaardbeitjes, anderzijds zoetige kruidkoek en cederhout. Smaak / Afdronk: Prettige frisse en zachte zuurgraad, superzachte tannines, retronasale impressies van aardbeienyoghurt en aardbeiencompote, verfijnd, harmonieus en zacht. Lange afdronk. Algemeen / potentieel: Geweldig mooie Pinot Noir. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 17 + Algemeen / potentieel: 8 = 91/100
  
  Color: Velvety light red Aroma / bouquet: There are few Pinot Noirs from the New World that can get me excited. This Seadragon makes me seriously happy. Slightly spicy bouquet, on the one hand yogurt and wild strawberries, on the other hand sweet gingerbread and cedar wood. Taste / Finish: Pleasant fresh and soft acidity, super soft tannins, retronasal impressions of strawberry yoghurt and strawberry compote, refined, harmonious and soft. Long finish. Overall / potential: Incredibly beautiful Pinot Noir. 50 + Color: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Taste / Finish: 17 + Overall / potential: 8 = 91/100

  Kleur: Fluwelig lichtrood Aroma / bouquet: Licht kruidige Pinot Noir, een combinatie van bosaardbeitjes en aardbeiencompote, zoete kruidkoek, yoghurt. Smaak / Afdronk: Romige wijn, zachte en frisse zuurgraad, boterigzachte tannines, krachtig en geconcentreerd maar tegelijkertijd verfijnd en zacht. Indrukwekkend lange afdronk. Algemeen / potentieel: Ik ben geen fan van rode Bourgogne, omdat deze me vaker teleurstelt dan me positief verrast. En ik was geen fan van Pinot Noir uit de Nieuwe Wereld, omdat deze te dun of te zoetig is. Deze Seadragon Pinot Noir vind ik echter FANTASTISCH. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 18 + Algemeen / potentieel: 8 = 92/100

  A hint of marmite in the nose. Color has a brickness in it which is odd given its youth.. This is a very different Pinot. Very drinkable and delicate yet it has body. 6.5/10 for the tannins.
