  Pretty much as described last year with the most noticeable change being that the colour is showing some bricking (quite evident). The flavours, body and length are all good but I would recommend drinking in the next 3 years. 90

  At four years of age this wine is presenting as an older wine in that it seems to have developed in the bottle a little faster than expected. While the colour is still a dense dark red, the purple hues of its youth have all but disappeared and there is a hint of brown creeping in like a wine approaching mid to late secondary development. The fruit however is still there in spades, lovely ripe red and black berries, with a touch of vanilla, light tannins and light acid. Drinking well at the moment and likely to cellar for another 3-5 years. However I suspect this wine is not one for longer term cellaring.
