More Sauvignon Blanc than Viognier profile. Grass and citrus more prominent with jasmin and white chocolate in the background. Some ripe melon, too. High acidity, initially a bit too much. Maybe it's a bit past its prime as the bouquet was not as exotic as the '07 Crios Torrontes. Mostly drinks like a good Sauvignon Blanc.

Light yellow color. Intense nose of grapefruit, honey, floral. The palate is smooth and multilayered fruit. Lemon, pineapple, honey. Finish lingers very nicely for a long time. This is a delicious wine and a slam dunk QPR!

not that good - not the citrusy crispness that embodies what i love about torrontes. definilty would not buy again. especially for the 10 bucks that it cost.

(Zolo Torrontés) Group's #1 (my #1) – 20 pts; 6 first place votes, 1 second place, 1 third, 0 last places – Pale yellow color; big, floral, orange blossom, Viognier and honeysuckle nose; big, but tasty Viognier, hunoeysuckle, with good varietal quality and acidity; medium finish (turned out not to be Viognier at all, but very good Torrontes, from a producer whose whites have impressed me before)
(Zolo Torrontés) Group's #2 (my #2) – 31 pts; 0, 5, 1, 0 – light canary yellow with a touch of chartreuse; appealing sweet citrus and lemon zest nose with a star jasmine note; tasty, focused, floral, jasmine, sweet lemon, lime cream palate with decent acidity; lime essence on medium finish 90+ pts. (at $9, a good buy)

Love this bottle. Soft, supple, lemony, delicious on a warm day. A favorite of mine.
