A sublime and elegant white port. Rich caramel color. A highly perfumed and intense bouquet of butterscotch, banana bread, apricot and caramel cake. Medium plus body though not as full bodied as red port. Rich caramel, almond and honey on the palate with some lovely sweet clove on the finish. Medium acidity. Very long, smooth and satisfying finish. An absolutely stunning dessert wine that will pair well with flan, tiramisu and any salted caramel delight.

2015 Port Harvest Tour; 9/26/2015-10/3/2015 (Portugal): Pale straw in color. Somewhat suppressed nose with hints of tropical fruit, but hard to decipher at this point. Salted caramel and a touch of honey. Unctuous, filling mouthfeel. Full bodies on the palate. Some sweet notes and bright acidity on the finish.

Surprisingly not as good as the 20. Strong medicine touch. Not as balanced.
