  Brought this wine to Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck (Paragon) tonight to celebrate a birthday.
  
  Bright gold in colour with a youthful green hue and an ongoing effervescence. The most impressive aspect of this wine is the balance of the various elements: acidity, freshness, sweetness and alcohol level. Notes of honey, lime, tropical fruits, lemon, and fruit tart.
  
  Highly likable and popular wine which I wished I had more of.
