Medium to full body, greenish golden color. Intense aroma of stone and tropical fruits, melon, flowers and herbs. The palate is complex and creamy, peaches, pineapple and long mineral finish. Soft, gently buttery and balanced acidity. Food friendly, tasted with smoked salmon and brie cheeses. Need half hour aeration. Serve 11º - 14º. Drink now and next couple years.

Too much peach and lychee for my liking, and not enough acidity. Lacking in the minerality I like in a Chablis. But obviously perfectly acceptable as an aperitif.
