  2nd of 12. This is showing so much better than last year's bottle. This one I'm drinking at cellar temp. The nose is expressive and classic from the start - lemons and oyster shells galore. The palate is rich, with lots of fruit stuffing and very nice persistence. The acidity on this bottle also seems much more present compared to last year's bottle.
  
  The color on this wine shows so incredibly youthful - not a hint that it is an 8 year old bottle. In fact, I get the sense that this wine is just getting started - it may not even be fully ready.

  I have to agree with Nanda's review below that this seems a bit flabby and is not what I would expect from GC level Chablis. The finish is fairly quick as well. Maybe time will help, but I'm not convinced at this point.

  The warmer vintage shows here with a sweetness and richness to the fruit and just slightly flabby. A good Chablis but not up to the producer/site standard in 2015.
