Nutty and mineral aromas, with ripe citrus, butter, caramel and some oak. Creamy and full bodied. Lacks some complexity and concentration, but good for a BB.

Is fantastic for being a Bourgogne Blanc - but that is probably stating the obvious for this bottle - in a great state right now to drink and the ripeness of the '15 vintage does come through very slightly although in a nonintrusive manner.

Le Pavillon with G. Dai. Big shoulders for a regional wine. Ripeness of the solar vintage evident, but still with lovely acidity. Probably the best example of this BB in recent memory and certainly more sophisticated than the '18. Lovely.

PNP. Sealed under a 2 inch long diam closure. White flowers, orchard fruits, spice and lemons on the nose. Lively palate, light weight with lifting acidity and a silky texture.

Pop and pour. Sublime for bourgogne blanc. The reduction has blown off, and this is pure lime, citrus blossom, a touch of vanilla and a hint of almond/hazelnut. On the palate: fantastic acidity, weight and density. More citrus and stone and just caresses the palate. So elegant. At peak, imo.
