  I was concerned it was too far past is prime, but not so: beautiful rose color, light body, fresh tart fruit with slightly bitter finish.

  Had it last night with a group of friends who do a monthly tasting and chose to focus on Rosé this time. The Bieler was a stand out. Nice acidity, and hints of strawberry on the nose. Paired well with crab cakes.

  Just a glass or two. I found it refreshing, on the dry side, with a nice acid structure. Versatile, it went well with a rich seafood dish and salad as well. Good QPR.
