Rieslingfeier 2017; 2/17/2017-2/18/2017 (NYC): Tasted at large walkaround tasting. Aged 2 years longer on lees, this is a fascinating riesling. bread dough, yeast, pear, red apple.

Tasting with Clemens Busch (Carpe Noctem Wein Göppingen): This "Reserve", is a new, recent bottling from Busch. He told us that he will present the wine at the Prowein fair in march for the public. Long contact with the yeast, more time in the cask. More phenolic than the "normal" GGs. Very young & primary, needs time.
