  Received these babies today, and they were icy cold off the truck, so I couldn't help myself. Peachy color veering towards pink. Aromas of strawberries and cream, a touch of rose, and minerals. Medium (+) body and acid, medium finish, and pretty consistent on the palate, with notable and lingering minerality. There's a bit of citrus as well, and combined with the acidity, it's giving an impression of effervescence. This is fresh, vibrant, and energetic. I look forward to revisiting these when the weather turns hotter.
