A private lunch (Restaurant Disfrutar *, Barcelona, Spain): Cool and mineral, with blackcurrant and mango aromatics on the nose but not over the top, light to medium body, fresh and juicy, but the Sémillon provides a lovely and firm basis and a creamy royndness, energetic and with a subtle salty touch, complete finish, very good length. An elegant wine from high altitude vineyards in the Catalan Pyrenees.
