  I enjoyed every sip of this wine. It aged well (and probably could have aged further). It is a little unstable (a natural wine, I believe), so it changed over the course of time. But altogether it was a delicious and deep wine, tasting like its terroir, that I wish I had more of.

  Oeil: rouge grenat pâle, translucide.
  Nez: des tonnes de fraises.
  Bouche: acidité moy-, longueur moy, corps léger, encore des fraises (surtout fraîches mais plus mûres que la dernière bouteille), belle longueur, acidité moy-, légère perception de sucre en finale.
  Un bon grenache plutôt léger d'Espagne, rendu selon moi à maturité et qui devient un peu plus lourd et sucré qu'il y a quelques années (malgré qu'on soit du côté des grenaches limpides de ce pays...).
  Solide RQP.

  Beaucoup de dépôts.
  Pas d'évolution depuis la première bouteille. toujours des fruits rouges, un corps léger et des tanins moyens. C'est délicat, digeste, bien balancé.
  Bon vin en apéro ou avec des saucissons, pas pour la longue garde.
