One of the 6 bottles I brought for the seafood dinner in Nanya Island tonight. It was the last bottle we served and it was right decision as it was the heaviest among the others. It was a typical Dugat Py style.

Better leave it for one hour before consuming. Deep ruby as it was unfiltered and young, floral aroma first and changed to wet forest, later to meaty (Ibrico Ham?), minerals, silky and mouthful juicy liquid, enjoyable now. It could be 1er Cru of Gevrey Chambertin.

Enticing nose of raspberry, sandalwood, smoky stems and rose petals. In the mouth you get perfectly ripe berry fruit and plenty of spice. It is rich and creamy yet possesses a level of depth and detail well above its level (if you know what I mean). The finish is fresh and crunchy. Great stuff.

Decanted for one hour and drank over one. Deep ruby color. Fresh, fruity and juicy. But rather simple palate.
