  On the nose, lightly , fresh crisp with just a hint of lime. Overall it is fresh and cool like a breeze across a glacier.
  On the palate, light perlant, balanced nuance, apples, peaches, slight butteriness, crisp. Nearly perfect with fried chicken on brown rice, asparagus and pesto.
  4/2/2020 - This worked wonderfully well with spinach and ricotta tortejloni , over a bed of sauteed fresh spinach and fresh garlic. Bread and butter.
