Attractive pale salmon color. Enticing aromas of strawberries and grapefruit. More strawberries on the palate, along with watermelon, fresh raspberries, and minerals. Lip-smacking acidity leaves you constantly reaching for another pour.
Enjoy this delicious rose on a warm afternoon by itself, or with light bites such as cheeses and fresh fruits.

Bottled under screwcap, this pale salmon-colored rosé has a light spritz and some reductive notes upon opening. Both of these traits quickly dissipate. A blend of 58% Syrah and 42% Pinot Noir, it presents a pleasant package of strawberries, melon, raspberries and honeysuckle. Light-bodied, freshly acidic and without the slightest heat from its 13.5% alcohol, it stays solid in the middle and finishes with medium length. I enjoyed this wine while viewing the majesty of the Pacific Ocean, and encourage anyone to do the same with his or her comparable summer experience. Drink now-2018.
