  Lovely, lighter fruit style sangiovese. Rasberry, tea, flowers. Still some nice tannin grip to keep it going to the finish. No show stopper, but beautifully balanced. Not really developed much complexity in bottle and not sure I'd expect too much if cellaring longer.

  Mistakingly entered this wine as a “Brunello” in my inventory and kind of forgot about it until I discovered my error. PnP, drank by itself to assess. Color was light, but consistent without bricking. Nose was subdued with cherry undertones and a touch of earth. Mouth was very soft, showing dark cherry with well-integrated tannins and a tincture of acidity. Will drink the reminder soon, but a very nice wine

  Excellent slightly aged Rosso that tops a fair few Brunellos I've had. Very tightly focussed wine with great fruit and balance. Decanted for a couple of hours..

  Wasn't expecting a lot as my last two of these were corked but this one appeared fine on decanting - gave it a good 3 hours. Softened right out. Lots of complexity in the both the aroma and fruit on the palate for a Rosso - would have laid money on it being a Brunello. Lovely wine but give it lots of air to reveal itself. Great value (if the cork holds out).

  Voller, schwerer Duft von dunkler, vollreifer Kirsche, Brombeere, Balsamico, schwarze Olive (was für mich persönlich leider suboptimal auf den Wein wirkt), gebackene Tomate und Tontopf. Dazu kann man sich Lavendel vorstellen und etwas Champignon. Ein guter Wein mit einer sehr schönen Balance (Säure ist da, aber schön eingebunden.) Glücksgefühle kommen für mich persönlich bei diesem Wein aber leider nicht auf.
