  • D+0h: no deposit in the filter, smells of sour cherry D+3h: purple red, on the rim cherry red, smells of smoke and leather, tastes of acid drops/elderberry, not that dry, has some residual sugar left, in the aftertaste there is acid drops/elderberry, too, short to medium finish (15-20 sec), a wine for quaffing without any rough edges, but for this purpose it's overprized, I paid 12 Euros, but it's not really worth more than 8 Euros really, I guess you have to pay for the producer's name, too.
