A good cab indeed. Too bad by the time we got to this wine, after Absurd, Bevan and Moonracer, my taste bud was numb and couldn't really appreciate this wine. But it nevertheless had a good balance and well rounded taste and nose.

After seeing Shae Kinsman post about this wine I decided to put in on the wish list at BWG. I was able to pick up two bottles at the killer price of $118.00
Opened this bottle on our family trip to Jackson Hole. Intense aromatic nose with loads of dark fruit cassis. Signs of slight oxidation which I found to be signs of premature aging. The flavors and stuffing all in the bottle but just missing a little bit of freshness and tension. Still not a bad way to end the day after some great hiking up around Taggart and Bradley Lake.
Well integrated, just not as robust as expected for $400. Plenty of fruit and aroma but lacks the depth justifiable for the price point. Worth about $60

Absurdly smooth and delicious. Cassis and herbs deliver complex entertainment from the nose to the finish. Slow oxed for 11 hours before pouring.

Nice wine. Popped one early to see what we have.
Layered, refined, not big in any way, but complete. Very nicely done.
