Salmon in color, balsamic and raspberry on the nose along with watermelon and anise with herbs. The mouthfeel is crisp. The finish is all chalk and mineral wiht a touch of brown sugar on the finish. Always a full bodied rosé that screams for food. So good we pulled a second bottle, but poured only a little bit and finished the rest off two days later watching the NASCAR championship at Phoenix.Chase Elliot wins over Logano, Keslawski, and (haha) Hamlin. 14.2% alc. With St. Andre, Brie, and Appalachian cheeses, Reunion bread and ham. 11.06 and 08.20. Recommended.

No real notes. Pulled just to keep my hands off the Champagne while girilling oysters for Mother’s Day. Loads of watermelon. PM claims not to like this rose, but cannot explain why. It is more structured than most roses without a doubt.

Such a delight to drink that I can’t keep my hands off of this; my stash will soon be gone.
