  • An excellent expression of cool climate, New World Cabernet. Intense yet balanced, with plenty of fruit to stand up to the 28 months in French oak barrels. The Suther (gravelly loam over sandstone and shale) seems slightly more acidic and lighter than the Loam bottling, which is made from a blend of three vineyards. Already drinking beautifully, with many years ahead of it.
