Five hour decant. Nearly opaque purplish magenta color. Boysenberry jelly, ballpoint pen ink, freesias and subtle cinnamon-laden pecan on the beautiful, complex nose. Super smooth palate, with silky, tongue coating acidity. Low intensity tannins on the long lasting finish. The rich fruit is perfectly integrated with delicate floral notes. This wine is at its peak for my palate.
